Support

Help with Pimkim, the cozy merge puzzle.

Talk to us

Email [email protected] for help, feedback or a bug report.

The easiest way is Email support in the game’s Settings: it fills in your Player ID, app version and device for you. For a bug, tell us what you were doing when it happened. Never send passwords or card details.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get Pimkim Pro back after reinstalling or on a new phone?

Open Settings (the gear on the title screen, or Settings in the pause menu) and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account that bought Pimkim Pro.

If it still doesn’t show up, tap Email support in Settings and we’ll take a look.

I bought Pimkim Pro on my iPhone. Why don’t I have it on Android?

Purchases belong to the store you bought from. Pimkim Pro bought on the App Store works on your iPhone and iPad with the same Apple Account, and Pimkim Pro bought on Google Play works on Android devices with the same Google account, but a purchase doesn’t carry over from one to the other.

Where do I find my Player ID?

Open Settings and look for Player ID. Tap it to copy the full ID. It’s a random ID for your copy of the game; there’s no account behind it.

Email support in Settings starts an email with your Player ID and app version already filled in, so it’s the quickest way to reach us about a purchase or a bug.

When does Pimkim show ads?

Never during a run. You can choose to watch a short ad for a Second chance when a run ends, or to mend a broken power. After your first few runs, an ad may also appear between runs.

Pimkim Pro, a one-time purchase in Settings, turns off the ads between runs and gives you Second chance and Mend without ads.

How do I change my ad and privacy choices?

Open Settings and tap Privacy choices. It appears in the regions where privacy laws give you these choices, such as the EEA, the UK and some US states, and lets you change whether ads are personalized.

On iPhone and iPad you can also turn tracking off in the Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you delete or reset your advertising ID. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Is my progress saved if I delete the app or change phones?

Your scores, Pimkidex and settings are saved only on your device. There are no accounts or cloud saves, so deleting the app deletes your progress. Restoring a full backup of your phone (iCloud or Google) may bring it back.

Pimkim Pro isn’t lost: use Restore Purchase on the new device.

How do I join the Android beta?

Leave your email on the Pimkim page. Use the email of the Google account on your Android phone, the one Google Play uses: Google Play only lets that account install the test version.

When the beta opens, we’ll email you a link. Open it while signed in to that Google account, tap “Become a tester”, then install Pimkim from Google Play.

How do I change my email or leave the beta?

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and tell us the new address or ask us to remove you. We’ll delete your email from the beta list.

You can also leave the test at any time from the test link in your invite (“Leave the program”). To go back to the public version later, uninstall the beta and install Pimkim from Google Play again.

Is there an iPhone beta?

No. Pimkim for iPhone and iPad comes straight to the App Store at launch. It’s coming soon.

How do I ask for a refund?

Apple and Google handle payments, so refunds go through them: request a refund from Apple or get a refund on Google Play.
